We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. But if you sign up to our list we will let you know when that changes 😉
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 per order for Australian residents for Standard Shipping using Australia Post. Alternatively, if you spend over $55.00 you can select Free Standard Shipping via Australia Post. Express shipping is available within Australia using Australia Post for $15.00 per order. These charges are in AU$ 😉
If you spend $150.00 you can select free express shipping within Australia via Australia Post!
Postage is charged at a flat rate of NZ$9.54 per order for New Zealand residents or is free for orders over NZ$66.00 – please note all amounts listed on our site are in New Zealand Dollars when you click on the currency converter. You can also pay at checkout in New Zealand Dollars. Shipping is with Australia Post.
Delivery is made by Australia Post via their parcel service for Australian deliveries. It will take 2+ days to arrive, packages are shipped from our office in Melbourne. Every effort is made to ensure express shipping orders are in the post by 6pm that business day to enable next business day delivery. For all packages going to New Zealand expected delivery time is quoted by Australia Post as being 3-6 days to major metropolitan areas.
No additional duties, taxes or customs fees will be paid by us for any orders being delivered to New Zealand these additional charges are the responsibility of the individual placing the order.
Every effort is made to get your order on it’s way to you within 24 hours of our system receiving your order. We are human though (I know it’s hard to believe) so sometimes there may be unavoidable delays. You will receive both a tracking number and information when your order is on it’s way so make sure you check your email!

Refunds & Returns:
Need to exchange an accessory for a different size or not quite what you were hoping for? Within 30 days of your purchase? No problem! However, we do need to exclude socks from this because ewww foot fungus!
The first step is to contact us via email at email@example.com and let us know what you have purchased and what’s not right and then we can give you the return address. The items need to be in the condition we sent them to you in, meaning unused, undamaged, tags still attached etc. Remember it always helps us to include a note in with your return or exchange because we do tend to have memories like goldfish. Once we know what is happening and we have given you the authority to return simply ship it back to us at the provided address. Once it arrives we will inspect the item or items to make sure it is in the condition you promised us and we will either shoot out your requested exchange to you or refund you the purchase price in full (as long as the goods are in the same condition they arrived with you in otherwise a restocking fee will be applied). All goods are returned to us at your cost and we suggest you make sure the item has tracking on it – if it never turns up back with us, we can’t send you out the correct size.
Not happy with your Skin Strong? Want a return or an exchange for a different product? Within 30 days of your purchase? No problem! We can organise an exchange or replacement to a different Skin Strong product or a full refund. Under our Skin Strong Chafe-Free Guarantee you can get a full refund on either your first used product or on any returned and unused products. Also under our Skin Strong Chafe-Free Guarantee, you have the option of a replacement item in a different type – eg if you are not happy with SLIK but want to try SLATHER we can easily arrange that for you. You still need to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you have purchased and what’s not right and then we can give you the return address or start the refund or replacement process. We will then either organise a replacement (you can keep the unused portion of the product if you have already started using it as well). If you have goods you are returning for a refund as soon as they arrive with us and we confirm they are unused we ill process the full refund for you. Make sure you include a note to tell us exactly what is happening cause we have goldfish memories sometimes! Also, all goods are returned to us at your cost and we suggest you make sure the item has tracking on it – if it never turns up back with us, we can’t send you out the awesome replacements or give you a full refund.
