We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. But if you sign up to our list we will let you know when that changes 😉
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 per order for Australian residents for Standard Shipping using Australia Post. Alternatively if you spend over $50.00 you can select Free Standard Shipping via Australia Post. Express shipping is available within Australia using Australia Post for $15.00 per order.
If you spend $150.00 you can select free express shipping within Australia via Australia Post!
Postage is charged at a flat rate of AU$15 per order for New Zealand residents or is free for orders over AU$150.00 – please note all amounts listed on our site are in Australian Dollars. Shipping is with Australia Post.
Delivery is made by Australia Post via their parcel service for Australian deliveries. It will take 2+ days to arrive, packages are shipped from our office in Melbourne. Every effort is made to ensure express shipping orders are in the post by 6pm that business day to enable next business day delivery. For all packages going to New Zealand expected delivery time is quoted by Australia Post as being 3-6 days to major metropolitan areas.
Alternatively, you can elect to have your items shipped to you via DHL Express. Australian Shipping via DHL Express is $25.95 and Shipping to New Zealand via DHL Express is $35.95.
Every effort is made to get your order on it’s way to you within 24 hours of our system receiving your order. We are human though (I know it’s hard to believe) so sometimes there may be unavoidable delays. You will receive both a tracking number and information when your order is on it’s way so make sure you check your email!

Refunds & Returns:
We are happy to exchange accessories if you happen to choose the wrong size or product type. Of course, they need to be in the condition we sent them to you in, meaning unused, undamaged etc. All you need to do is get in contact with us so that we can arrange it. You will need to provide a return self-addressed envelope to us with your original item in the same condition it was posted to you in for us to complete the return/exchange of the item. All exchange postage costs must be met by you. Please choose your goods carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind. All goods are returned to us at your cost and we suggest you make sure the item has tracking on it – if it never turns up back with us, we can’t send you out the correct size.
